Andrew D. Krasnov

Andrew Krasnov is an Associate in the Healthcare Valuation Group. He has notable experience analyzing, structuring, and negotiating a wide range of transaction types including: public to privates, bankruptcy acquisitions, recapitalizations, leveraged buyouts, and mergers/consolidations. Additionally, he has a successful track record of providing capital allocation analysis and advisement. Andrew also has extensive experience valuing and negotiating complex debt instruments.

He has provided other advisory and valuation services for the purposes of joint venture creation, shareholder dispute resolution, financial reporting, gift and estate taxation, and employee stock ownership plans. Andrew has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and a Master in Professional Accounting/PPA, both from the University of Texas at Austin.
