Bernard (Ben) T. Beckwith

Ben Beckwith is one of the most experienced professionals in the country in the field of cost segregation. He was a leader in the computerization of construction cost modeling and cost segregation techniques and has served as an instructor in the application of these tools. In addition to working with some of our most prestigious corporations, he has provided consulting services to the U. S. Government.

In addition to his leadership role in the field of cost segregation, Ben performs real estate valuations for use in connection with purchase price allocations and property tax studies. Ben is a graduate of Purdue University with a degree in Construction Technology and has done advanced studies at the University of Texas at Austin.
