Clint A. Modesitt, CFCE, EnCE, SCERS

Clint A. Modesitt is Manager of Operations of the Computer Forensics and E-Discovery group. He brings to HSSK over a decade of experience in information technology and as a forensic investigator, manager and trainer. He has extensive courtroom and deposition testimony experience in both criminal and civil proceedings. Clint is a licensed private investigator in the State of Texas.

Previously Clint held the position of Vice President, Computer Forensics for Lightstone Solutions (formerly Spinelli Corporation) in Scottsdale, Arizona where he investigated a wide range of cases including computer tampering, cyber-stalking, embezzlement, fraud, harassment, criminal activity and network intrusion issues. Prior to Lightstone, Clint was a Computer Forensic Investigator for the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office in Phoenix, Arizona.

Clint was educated at Grand Canyon University and received a B.S. in Public Safety Administration. He holds multiple computer forensic and information technology certifications including Certified Forensic Computer Examiner (CFCE), Seized Computer Evidence Recovery Specialists (SCERS), Encase Certified Examiner (EnCE), Certified Electronic Evidence Collection Specialists (CEECS) and Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE). He is also a member of the International Association of Computer Investigative Specialists (IACIS), the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) and the Information Systems Security Association (ISSA).
