David A. Greetham, CFE

David Greetham is the Managing Director of the Computer Forensics & E-Discovery Group. Prior to joining HSSK, David was Vice President of Electronic Evidence for First Advantage Litigation Consulting where he worked on some of the largest cases in the U.S. He has testified as an expert on numerous occasions both nationally and internationally. Notably, David provided testimony in the landmark Coleman Holdings vs. Morgan Stanley case.

David is a Certified Fraud Examiner by the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and is a Certified Computer Crime Investigator by the High Tech Crime Network. He is also a member of the Association of British Investigators and Digital Forensic Research Workshops (DFRWS). He is a frequent speaker for Bar Association meetings and continuing legal education events.

David was educated in the North of England and received further training at The Defense Academy of the United Kingdom, and by several vendors including Guidance Software and Access Data.
