Gerald A. Keller, ASA, CBA

Gerry Keller, a founding shareholder of Hill Schwartz Spilker Keller, LLC, is currently a Senior Advisor to the firm as he transitions into retirement. He lends extensive experience to the professional staff in the valuation of business and business interests for financial reporting, tax and litigation purposes. Over his 22 year career as an appraiser, he has served clients from a variety of industries including manufacturing, real estate development, oil and gas production and exploration, casting, telecommunications, high technology, defense contractors, construction, wholesale and retail operations and all types of professional service firms.

Gerry continues to hold the professional designation of Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) of the American Society of Appraisers. He has served the Society in both local and national positions, and has been honored by the Dallas/Fort Worth Chapter for his long term, dedicated service to the advancement of the business valuation profession. He has also served as President of the Executive Committee of the Foundation Appraisers Coalition of Texas. Gerry received his BBA from St. Mary’s University and his MBA with highest honors from the University of Dallas.
