Jared A. Millar, ASA, CBA

Jared Millar is a Manager in the Business Valuation Group in Dallas. He has provided valuation services in conjunction with financial reporting, estate and gift planning, tax planning, contemplated transactions, corporate planning, litigation and fairness opinions. Specific industry experience includes, but is not limited to, healthcare, retail sales, oil and gas exploration, agriculture, construction, communication, entertainment and professional services.

In addition to holding the Certified Business Appraiser (CBA) designation of the Institute of Business Appraisers, Jared has earned the Accredited Senior Appraiser designation in Business Valuation from the American Society of Appraisers (ASA). Jared is a graduate of the Walton School of Business at the University of Arkansas and holds an M.B.A. from the University of Texas at Dallas. Prior to joining HSSK, he worked in individual income tax accounting and planning as well as the information technology industry as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer.
