Rick A. Garcia

Rick Garcia is an Examiner in the Computer Forensics & E-Discovery Group in Houston, where he performs forensic examinations and investigations. He brings to HSSK over 9 years of experience with Hewlett-Packard in IT project management and software development. His positions with HP included IT Project Manager and IT Development Support Lead. Rick was responsible for project strategy, design, implementation & production support. He managed the design, development, testing, and collaborated with HP business teams to ensure the successful testing and implementation of enterprise IT solutions.

Rick earned a B.S. in Technology – Information Systems from the University of Houston. He is also a licensed Private Investigator in the State of Texas.
