James W. (Will) Killgo, ASA

Will Killgo is a Senior Associate in the Business Valuation Group. He has experience in the valuation of closely held businesses in conjunction with estate and gift taxation, contemplated transactions, Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs), and financial reporting. He has valued companies involved in a variety of different industries including retail sales, construction, professional services, manufacturing, and wholesale distribution.

Will's prior experience includes regulatory compliance in the banking industry. Will holds a B.S. in Agricultural Economics from Texas A&M University and an MBA from Eastern New Mexico University. Also, he earned the Accredited Senior Appraiser designation in Business Valuation from the American Society of Appraisers (ASA).
