James W. (Will) Killgo, ASA

Will Killgo is a Manager in the Business Valuation group. He has experience in the valuation of closely held businesses in conjunction with estate and gift taxation, SEC receiverships, contemplated transactions, corporate planning, Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs), marital dissolution, litigation and financial reporting. Will has valued companies involved in a variety of industries including, but not limited to, retail sales, construction, professional services, manufacturing, restaurants, and wholesale distribution. Will’s prior experience includes regulatory compliance in the banking industry.

Will is the Vice President of Membership for the American Society of Appraisers (ASA), Dallas, Texas Chapter. He also serves on the Board of Governors for the Estate Planning Council of North Texas. Will holds a B.S. in Agricultural Economics from Texas A&M University and an MBA from Eastern New Mexico University. He also earned the Accredited Senior Appraiser designation in Business Valuation from the American Society of Appraisers (ASA).
