HSSK Capital Advisors, LLC is a private investment banking and asset advisory firm headquartered in Dallas, Texas. We provide advisory services to financial institutions and a variety of asset funds that actively acquire commercial real estate and energy loans. Our function is to provide financial institutions with a resource for selling assets that do not conform to desired portfolio parameters.

These assets, which may be whole loans, participations or syndications, are generally being offered for sale in order to:

• Improve the liquidity of the financial institution
• Decrease the sector concentrations of CRE or E&P loans
• Decrease customer concentrations
• Achieve compliance with regulatory requirements

We accomplish these loan dispositions through our relationships with asset funds, which may be either financial or strategic buyers. The sale process is private, not an auction, and includes only those asset funds that are willing and capable of closing the transaction on a cash basis in a relatively short time frame.
