• Uncovered evidence that a group of employees stole company proprietary documents on their last days of employment before going to work for a competitor.
• Recovered deleted files and internet activity from a personal computer, which demonstrated that a spouse had failed to disclose community assets including banking and brokerage accounts.
• Penetrated password protected financial records in a fraud examination.
• Recovered and produced thousands of deleted emails for a discovery request from a state investigating agency.
• Found evidence of a false sexual harassment claim by reviewing internet and messaging activity, discovering claimant had researched and anticipated filing a claim two months before any alleged incident had occurred.
• Managed the production of all electronic data in one of the largest electronic productions in a civil case involving alleged theft of intellectual property.
