Acquisition Consulting and Due Diligence
The success of business acquisition consulting often depends on the quality on the due diligence performed and of the valuation of the entity under the new ownership. In order to determine the value to the new owner, and thus the acceptable price to pay, will often require analyze the entity's historical bookkeeping records and preparation of pro forma financial projections of the acquired entity operating as planned by the new owner.
